Rau's Mobile RV Services technician has been professionally trained and certified at the National RV Training Academy.
RV Technician Association of America certification requires both classroom and hands on training in a wide variety of subjects, including air conditioning and heat pumps, furnaces, water heater, exteriors and hydraulics, absorption refrigerators, and electrical systems. RVTAA certification also requires ongoing training to keep the technician up to date on emerging technologies. This means that most things that commonly break down in a RV, Rau's Mobile RV Services certified technician has been trained how to repair.
We understand that some people can fix some of the things that break in their RV, but they just need a little help and direction on what needs to be fixed. Because of this, we provide a diagnostic call where we will come to you and test and troubleshoot your issue. Once that is done, we will let you know what is needed to fix your issue and you are free to fix it yourself if you like, or we will fix it for you.
